Joe founded Landscape Connection in 1982 after earning his Bachelor of Science in Landscape Design from Colorado State University. Today, he focuses on mentoring, sales, marketing and building relationships throughout the community. He especially enjoys the problem-solving and teamwork behind bringing a project to life — and the long-term friendships he’s developed with clients and employees along the way. Outside of work, Joe enjoys gardening, golf, camping, fishing, snowboarding and biking.

Dennis earned his degree in Business from Southwest Minnesota State University. He grew up on a family farm, where he developed an early connection to the land. An experienced business leader, he also owns American Business Advisors, where he has helped dozens of companies grow and improve as a management consultant. Dennis has been with Landscape Connection since 2015 and today oversees the company’s strategy, goals and financial operations. He especially values the relationships built with employees, clients, vendors and partners — and the satisfaction of seeing a property transformed and hearing from happy clients. Outside of work, Dennis enjoys spending time with his family hiking, camping, fishing, skating and golfing.

Chelsea served in the U.S. Army as a Signal Support Specialist from 2013 to 2018 before beginning her career in the landscape industry. As Office Manager, she keeps Landscape Connection running smoothly by managing scheduling, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, timesheets and day-to-day office operations. She loves the family atmosphere of the team and their shared commitment to creating beautiful outdoor spaces and exceptional client experiences. Outside the office, Chelsea enjoys plants, books and snowboarding.

Scott earned his Bachelor of Science in Landscape Horticulture with a concentration in Design and Construction from Colorado State University. He works closely with clients from consultation and design through estimating and project management, with a focus on creating landscapes tailored to each client’s needs and vision. For Scott, the greatest reward is watching Landscape Connection’s crews transform that vision into reality. A Colorado native, he enjoys exploring the Rocky Mountains and spending time outdoors with family and friends.

Devon earned her Bachelor of Science in Landscape Horticulture with a concentration in Design and Construction from Colorado State University. Her role encompasses sales, estimating, design, client relationships and project management. She especially enjoys the people she works with each day and the variety that comes with creating a unique solution for every property. Outside of work, Devon enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, traveling and being outdoors.

Hailey earned her Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from South Dakota State University and works with clients throughout the sales, design, estimating and project management process. Her love of people, art and agriculture makes landscape design a natural fit, and she enjoys the new challenges and opportunities to create that each project brings. Outside of work, Hailey enjoys spending time with friends, family and her dog, along with camping, hiking and anything competitive.

Ryne earned his bachelor’s degree from Baylor University and brings hands-on experience in both landscape maintenance and installation. He oversees Landscape Connection’s yard, vehicles and equipment while supporting day-to-day operations and building relationships with builders and other trades. Ryne loves the variety of his role and being part of a team that takes genuine pride in creating beautiful spaces. Outside of work, he enjoys the gym, playing drums and guitar, video games and having fun with friends.
